There was such a good selection of breakfast and dinner items as well as varied themes to ensure the taste buds were aptly teased and satisfied, the staff were very attentive and always had a smile and the guest relations manager, Claire, always paid a visit to talk to the guests and get on demand feedback. If there were any requests she ensured they were taken care of as quickly as possible.

We had an amazing experience at Sarova. The service was excellent, and both breakfast and dinner offered great variety. Anytime I made a request, it was attended to promptly, and I appreciated that reception always called back to confirm everything had been handled. Security was a top priority for me when choosing a place to stay, as well as a kid-friendly environment—and Sarova delivered on both. My daughter absolutely loved the kids’ area, especially thanks to Claris, whom she still talks about to this day. I also want to mention Sarafina, who was wonderful with children and truly knew how to engage with them, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. The pool felt very safe, and having a lifeguard on duty at all times gave me great peace of mind. And finally, the spa and jacuzzi were the perfect way to relax and unwind, with excellent massages to complete the experience. Overall, Sarova exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return.

The professional, efficient, and courteous staff provided top-tier service. The hotel offers pleasant surroundings, including an adjacent beach and at least four pools (family with a slide, toddlers', young adult, adult with bar). During my two-day stay, activities included jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat tours, zumba, night shows, and children's animation. I truly appreciated the complimentary support for my daughter's birthday, which included a cake, a personalized song, and room decorations. Thanks, Sarova team!

All the food services were excellent, both in quality, range and choice. The hardworking staff are exceptional - nothing is too much trouble for them, and the way that they looked after my wife's 86 year old mother was truly heart warming to see. Kenyans are naturally hospitable and welcoming, but the staff exceeded themselves. Excellent Spa treatments available. Any minor maintenance issues [ blocked drain] were dealt with immediately upon request. There are beautiful 6 pools, and the Entertainment team worked hard to provide dance shows and other activities. The public beach is beautiful and security is excellent. Even the local monkeys know to behave!
